The largest Mlinar Caffe in the world, over 300 square meters on five floors, opened in Lahore, Pakistan. It is a second-largest Pakistani town with over nine million inhabitants, and the new Mlinar Caffe is the result of a franchise co-operation with a local partner. By the end of the year, three more Mlinar delicatessen bakery shops will be open in Pakistan, and by the end of 2023 there will be a retail chain in which 22 Mlinar stores will be included. Otherwise, Mlinar is the first Croatian, but also the regional food industry that has exported to Pakistan.

In the continuous development of new products and services, Mlinar’s experts listen carefully to the needs of consumers and continually monitor global trends and are able to adapt to the needs of their business partners and the specifics of their markets and cultures. Today, Mlinar has over 230 private retail outlets in four European countries, and through wholesale on the additional 19 world markets. Franchises have so far been placed in eight world countries on three continents.

Today, the company employs almost 2,000 workers. Production is organized in five large bakery facilities, two in Osijek, and in Poreč, Šibenik and Zagreb. Mostly it is the most modern equipped bakery in this part of Europe, and the Osijek drive is one of the most technologically most sophisticated bakery manufacturing units in the world.
